It was Gursharan’ goal to sell my rural 25 acre property and ranch style bungalow. He created a listing to advertise the property on MLS and erected a large advertising sign at the road. He also arranged for interested parties to view the property. As a result, within about four months, the property was sold for about 83% of his original listing price.
